Return & Exchange Policy
Welcome to NoStrain, where we believe in designing footwear that combines comfort, style, and environmental consciousness. We take pride in all our products and hope you will love them as much as we do.
We want to make your shopping experience hassle-free, so we take care of shipping and exchanges on our end.
To give you the opportunity to try our sandals with confidence, we offer a free 7-day trial policy. We are unable to provide any return or replacement for products post 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
- In unused condition with all tags intact.
- In its original packaging and tags.
- There should not be any scratches or deformities on the product.
- Any gifts accompanying the purchased product have to be returned along with the product.
Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds for products:
- That have been used, damaged after using, or returned without the original packaging.
- That you did not like, or you have changed your mind to use it due to any personal reason.
If NoStrain is satisfied that the Product does not meet any one of the above criteria, we shall reserve the right to reject the return of the Product. The product will be returned back to the customer. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
